Innovation comes from constant innovation, often with frequent failures.
Who companies should hire and how should they innovate:
1. Hire nonconformists
2. Penalize for inaction, NOT failure
3. Creative teams should not have superiors looming over them, let them work in peace. Macintosh’s team that created many Apple products worked out of separate buildings.
