Building a Team

The most important part of building a team is making sure that you’re always bringing value to the table, or you’ll quickly get replaced or forgotten.

Here is how I add value to my team:

  1. Invest financially & oversee systems that produce business.
  2. Continually create & develop valuable relationships.
  3. Educate the team & clients with my unique experience & knowledge.

My team has many members who are all close friends with different skill sets, roles, value adds. Efficient communication and always focusing on client satisfaction are the most important parts of making sure your team is successful.

For communication, we use an app called Trello. This allows us to communicate on our iPhones and keep all past communication in 1 organized place.
